A great nursery! One of the best in Ballarat. Great range of plants for all areas of the garden, both outdoors and indoors. Pots galore. Pricing is reasonable. Staff knowledgeable and most helpful. The Cafe is well worth a visit. Great dishes available.

So much knowledge, friendly and nothing ever seems to be an issue for them. Their range of plants is excellent too. We even “found” a gnome in their Nursery. 😂 …

I literally don't shop anywhere else, and over a decade I've never had a Formosa Nursery plant die on me - always incredibly healthy stock, great prices, very knowledgable and helpful staff. If you need great plants, and like to support a very passionate family business - Formosa Gardens Nursery is your go-to.

Amazing service! Katie was able to source specific plants I had been chasing for some time that other competitors were not able to get and in a large quantity, and all through Facebook messenger! All happened in less than a week. I had no idea of Formosa being new to Ballarat area. What a beautiful nursery. So deceiving from the road. Plants all in excellent condition and well formed with good growth. Great price! Ballarat is lucky to have this hidden gem! 💎 I will be back to Formosa for sure! 🪴

Recently rang around the nurseries in Ballarat looking for a Wisteria tree. With no luck elsewhere, the very knowledgeable staff here were able to tell me I was actually looking for a Robinia. I was then able to purchase a lilac tree online and have it put aside until I could get there. All very helpful.could
